What happens after I submit my info?
Your information is encrypted and stored securely. You'll be matched with qualified loan officers based on your location and needs. You then choose which ones you'd like to hear from — they don't automatically get your contact details.
Can I delete my profile?
Absolutely. You can request profile deletion at any time by contacting our privacy team. We'll remove your data within 30 days and send you confirmation.
Will I get spam calls?
No. Unlike lead marketplaces, we don't sell your info to multiple lenders. Only loan officers you specifically approve can contact you, and you control that process entirely.
Why do you collect IP address?
We use IP addresses to improve geographic matching accuracy and prevent spam/bot submissions. We don't use it for tracking or advertising purposes.
